Zee TV’s Jagadhatri’s recent wedding track left everyone surprised. After a long wait, viewers finally got to witness the much-awaited wedding of Shivaay (Farman Haider) and Jagadhatri (Sonakshi Batra). However, on their wedding night, Shivaay shocked everyone by handing Jagadhatri divorce papers. He believed that he should not make a mockery of the sacred bond of marriage and relationships. He told Jagadhatri that she had six months to complete her mission, after which their divorce would be finalized. Although the decision came as a huge shock, Jagadhatri signed the papers.
What made the moment even more emotional was that Jagadhatri had finally realized that she was in love with Shivaay. She understood that he had always stood by her side and decided to confess her feelings to him. But before she could do so, Shivaay gave her the divorce papers, leaving her heartbroken.

Joining the cop team is SSP Jahnvee Ganguly, who steps in as the new senior officer. Jahnvee, who was once Shivaay and Jagadhatri’s batchmate, has now come in place of Sadhu Sir as their senior officer, bringing a completely new dynamic to the team. Actress Mishmee Das will be seen essaying the role of SSP Jahnvee Ganguly and recently opened up about her exciting new journey on the show.
Mishmee Das, who plays the role of SSP Jahnvee Ganguly, said, “I am thrilled to be joining Jagadhatri as SSP Jahnvee Ganguly. Jahnvee is Shivaay and Jagadhatri’s batchmate, but now she enters the story as their senior, taking over the position previously held by Sadhu Sir. That dynamic itself makes her entry very interesting, and I can’t wait for the audience to see how her presence changes the course of their lives. I’ve genuinely been enjoying shooting for the show because the storyline is so different and engaging. Playing an IPS officer is both exciting and challenging, and it’s something I have never explored before as an actor. I’m grateful to be given the opportunity to portray such a strong and layered character. Jahnvee is someone who will bring a lot of changes into Shivaay and Jagadhatri’s lives. At this stage, she has a soft corner for Shivaay and also has a little bit of jealousy towards Jagadhatri, which adds an interesting dimension to her personality. But that’s just the beginning.
