The episode opens with Prem successfully getting hold of Anupama’s recipe diary. However, Paritosh notices him carrying the diary and immediately sees an opportunity to benefit financially from the situation. Meanwhile, Digvijay finds Prem acting uneasy in the kitchen. When questioned, Prem casually says that he had come there only to drink water. Digvijay also comes across a peacock feather and decides to keep it.
Elsewhere, Shruti learns that Prem has managed to obtain the diary. Paritosh assures Prem that he is on his side and willing to support him.
As preparations continue, Digvijay informs Anupama that the next round of the competition is approaching. At home, Leela grows anxious about managing the wedding festivities and the contest simultaneously. However, Anupama and Digvijay reassure her that everything will be taken care of. Shruti confidently tells Prem that winning the upcoming challenge will give him a major advantage in the competition, while Rahi firmly believes that Prem will emerge victorious.
The Shah family spends some happy moments together. During a conversation with Digvijay, Anupama talks about Prerna accepting Pranshi and Ansh wholeheartedly. She admits that embracing another person’s child is never easy and says Ansh is fortunate to have found such acceptance. Digvijay remarks that the Shah family will continue to stay united. Anupama also thanks him for helping complete her family.
However, she questions Digvijay for apologising to Prem despite her objections. Digvijay explains that he regretted slapping Prem and folded his hands before him only for Pranshi’s sake. The two then decide to focus entirely on preparing for the competition.
Meanwhile, Prem looks at Anupama’s diary and resolves to defeat her at any cost. Rahi, too, decides to stand by him unconditionally. Before the contest begins, Anupama encourages Prem to give his best, and Prem tells her to be equally prepared. Both silently pray for success.
The judges announce the first task, where Anupama and Prem must prepare dishes according to the preferences of random customers. Initially, both struggle to understand their customers’ moods and expectations, but eventually, they manage to decode the challenge and get to work.
Precap: Leela is shocked to learn that the Shah youngsters are planning a bachelor party. Elsewhere, Ansh waits for Rahi and Prem, while Anupama struggles to light a lamp and begins worrying about Ansh and Prerna.
