The latest episode of Rajan Shahi and Deepa Shahi’s Anupamaa sees the competition heating up as Anupama and Prem face their first major challenge. Under pressure from the judges, both contestants race against time to prepare dishes for their customers. Despite completing the task on schedule, the initial reactions from their customers leave them worried.
However, the mood soon changes. Anupama’s customer becomes emotional after tasting her dish, saying it reminds him of food prepared by his late wife. Touched by his words, Anupama assures him that her café will always be open for him whenever he wishes to relive those memories. On the other hand, Prem’s customer, Kartik, reveals that the meal reminded him of his mother’s cooking, making the moment equally special.
Impressed with their performances, the judges select both Anupama and Prem for the next round. Anil and Khyati congratulate Anupama, while she quietly reflects that her victory would have felt incomplete had Prem not qualified alongside her. The judges commend both cafés and even suggest that if Anupama and Prem ever joined forces, they could create one of Ahmedabad’s finest culinary destinations. They also warn that the upcoming rounds will be significantly tougher.
While Anupama congratulates Prem on his success, Shruti takes the opportunity to taunt her. She remarks that Anupama may not continue winning every round and suggests that her emotional approach as a mother will not always work. Unfazed, Anupama responds that she will focus on her efforts and leave the results in God’s hands.
Elsewhere, Paritosh deliberately provokes Gautam by informing him that Anupama is likely to secure Pranshi’s custody for Ansh. Furious, Gautam vows to reclaim his daughter and heads to confront the Shah family.
Back at home, family members discuss Anupama’s performance in the competition. When questioned about Prem’s success, Anupama openly acknowledges his talent, saying he possesses a strong understanding of flavours and ingredients and deserves his achievement.
The atmosphere soon turns tense when Gautam arrives and demands that Pranshi be returned to him. Claiming to be her biological father, he threatens legal action against the Shahs. Anupama challenges him with basic questions about Pranshi’s age, vaccinations and medical needs, but Gautam fails to answer. Ansh, however, confidently shares every detail about the child, earning Hasmuk’s praise.
Determined to protect Pranshi, Anupama declares that they are ready to fight the matter in court if necessary. Supported by Mahi, Digvijay and the rest of the family, she stands firm against Gautam’s threats. Before leaving, Gautam warns the Shahs that they will regret opposing him.
Precap: Leela questions the timing of Ansh and Prerna’s grand entry ahead of the sangeet celebrations. As preparations for a bachelor party begin, Anupama grows anxious after being unable to light a ceremonial lamp. Meanwhile, a mysterious girl approaches Ansh, hinting at fresh trouble ahead.
