Ayush Gupta, founder of Anannt Oorja Safar (co-founder Yogini Aarvika Gupta), has been a spiritual healer, holistic wellness expert, Reiki Grandmaster, energy healing practitioner, consciousness coach, numerologist, and tarot mentor for over a decade. Talking about his new venture, he shared that the organisation was born out of a desire to make ancient healing practices relevant to modern life.
Talking about how and when it came to be, he said, “Anannt Oorja Safar was founded with the vision of making holistic healing accessible, authentic, and practical for everyone. It was created as a platform where ancient wisdom meets modern living.”
“Our objectives are to promote preventive wellness, create awareness about energy healing, empower individuals through self-healing practices, bring meditation and emotional wellness to schools, colleges, and workplaces, and build a global community dedicated to inner transformation and world peace,” he added.
Looking ahead, his vision is to establish one of the world’s most trusted holistic wellness ecosystems. He said, “Our future plans include expanding Reiki and holistic wellness education globally; establishing wellness centres and retreat spaces; launching structured Garbh Sanskar and Conscious Conception programmes; collaborating with schools, universities, corporates, and government bodies; building the Healing for World Peace movement into a global initiative; and training thousands of certified healers who can positively impact society.”
Ayush believes the future of Reiki in India is extremely promising. He said, “Today, people are increasingly seeking natural, preventive, and holistic approaches to well-being. As awareness of mental health, stress management, emotional wellness, and conscious living continues to grow, Reiki is emerging as a valuable complementary wellness practice.”
“I believe the coming decade will witness Reiki becoming increasingly accepted in homes, educational institutions, corporate wellness programmes, and integrative healthcare settings,” he added.
He believes that there has been an increasing demand for such practices due to the awareness. He said, “Awareness has grown significantly over the past few years. Earlier, people generally approached healing only when facing serious health or emotional challenges. Today, more individuals are embracing holistic wellness proactively, for stress management, emotional balance, personal growth, preventive health, and overall well-being.”
“While there is still room for greater awareness, the mindset is clearly shifting towards a more holistic understanding of health,” he added.
Asked whether social media has helped healers reach a wider audience, he said, “Absolutely. Social media has democratised access to knowledge and wellness. It has enabled genuine healers to educate, inspire, and connect with people across geographical boundaries.”
“At the same time, it places a responsibility on practitioners to share authentic, ethical, and responsible content. When used mindfully, social media has become one of the most powerful tools for spreading awareness about holistic healing, conscious living, and personal transformation,” Ayush ended.
